The Introduction of JQX, JQC, IM Relay

Today, We would like to introduce IVY's three types of high power relays: JQX series relay and JQC series relay and IM series magnetic latching relay . Among them, power relays are widely used in stabilizer,UPS, regulators, motor, charging piles. Magnetic latching relays are often used in electricity meters, solar energy, charging piles and energy management and so on.

JQX is generally high power relay, generally is 30 ~ 200A, JQC relays are generally low power relays, includes 7A, 10A, 20A, 30A and so on. As we know, common relays are usually named JQX, JQC,JZC, etc., so what are the rules for these names? It is usually made up of four parts: Part 1 + Part 2 + Part 3 + Part 4.

The first part of the relay indicates the main type of relay in letters.

JR-- Low power relay

JZ-- medium power relay

JQ-- High power relay

JC-- Magnetoelectric relay

JU-- Thermal relay or temperature relay

JT-- Special relay

JM-- Pulse relay

JS---- Time Relay

JAG-- Dry reed relay

Part 2 uses letters to indicate the shape characteristics of the relay.

W - micro

X - small

C - subminiature

Part3 shows the product serial number by number.

Numbers denote the serial number

Part4 uses letters to indicate protection characteristics.

F - enclosed

M - sealed

Magnetic latching relay is also IVY's main product.Magnetic latching relay is a new type of relay that uses magnetic principle to control the connection or disconnection of circuit. Its normally open or normally closed state is completely obtained from the action of permanent magnetic steel, and the switching state is completed by triggering a certain width of pulse electrical signal.
