Product Details
IVY EM series DC energy meters are specially designed for the measurement and monitoring of DC systems. They are the ideal solution for DC system measurement and monitoring. The din rail mounted DC energy meter can measure important DC parameters: voltage, current, power and energy, etc.
It supports bi-directional current measurement used in EV charging station, solar PV, and battery storage system as well as other applications such as transportation systems, telecom towers, power distribution systems, and IT networks.
All data in the meter can be accessed via RS485 using Modbus RTU/DLT645. The input voltage range is up to 1000VDC and the current input is flexible via a DC shunt. Built-in auxiliary relay for over-current disconnect. The multi-rate version has built-in RTC and can provide multi-rate information and monthly records.

EM619001 Wiring and Dimension
Measurement: Using shunt sampling, high measurement accuracy; can measure DC power, current, voltage and other parameters
Alarm function: Overcurrent alarm. When the current exceeds the CT1 value set by the meter, an alarm will occur. The meter LCD will display the alarm sign. At the same time, the LCD supports RS485 communication: used for parameter setting and data reading; DTL645 protocol and Modbus Protocol compatible
The DC backlight is bright red (overcurrent alarm LCD displays Code 01, overcurrent threshold 250A)
Display: LCD backlight display, supports various parameter displays, power data and instantaneous parameters.
Single-phase auxiliary relay for over-current cut-off signal output (can control external relay to cut off the line)
Firmware upgrade: supports RS485 local upgrade
DC Metering Application
DC metering is used in specific applications to measure, collect and store real-time data on DC power systems.
DC Circuit Monitoring
Renewable energy and microgrid applications rely on DC circuits and the rise in the two technologies has led to increased demand for DC monitoring. DC energy meters are designed for precision measurement of solar panels, wind turbines, light rail transit, and more.
EV Charging Stations
As electric vehicle usage increases worldwide, so does the prevalence of electric vehicle charging stations. From basic kWh monitoring to robust, continuous metering for cost allocation, determining each station's energy consumption is necessary to ongoing system management.
