Booming Market for Solar EV Charger and Related Products
As the semi-annual reports of listed companies in the photovoltaic industry chain have been disclosed since September, through financial report data, industry observers are also waiting to see what room for imagination there is in the photovoltaic industry with severe overcapacity in the second half of the year.
One piece of news that has boosted the industry is that in early September, Germany updated a new policy for household optical storage and recharging subsidies, with the maximum subsidy amount for a family reaching 10,200 euros. Continuous policy incentives in major overseas markets have given domestic enterprises more confidence to go overseas: As the photovoltaic industry ushered in a new era, there is still a blue ocean in front of us.
According to official news, in early September, a new policy for subsidies for household optical storage and charging in Germany was introduced. According to statistics, although the proportion of electric vehicles has continued to rise to 20% since August, it is still unable to compete with the traditional fuel vehicle market. In order to promote the penetration of new energy vehicles, the Ministry of Transport has recently invested 500 million euros in a subsidy project. Applicants can receive up to 9,600 euros in subsidies. Experts estimate that the subsidy will cover 25% of the total investment in household optical storage and charging systems. In addition, applicants who purchase V2G two-way charging piles can receive a maximum subsidy of up to 10,200 euros. This subsidy can be applied for from September 26, 2023.
It is worth noting that in the details of this policy, the concept of "household light storage and charging" is listed as a top priority. The detailed rules stipulate that the prerequisite for households to receive subsidies is that charging piles, photovoltaic systems, and energy storage products must be purchased together and must be used for household electric vehicle charging.
Some of the chief concerns we hear lately include:
Inability to have a competitive and accurate measuring units.
Hard to find a device that can measure the current leakage of the EV charger to make sure the safety when charging the vehicle.
The measuring unit is too big size to put inside the charger.
The measurement device lack of certificate
