According to the output requirements of general AC charging pile AC220V 32A, the copper core wire section of the main loop wire of the charging pile should be no less than 6mm.If the cross-section area of copper wire does not meet the requirements, in the case of large AC output will make the wire heating, accelerated aging, bring security risks.

3. In practical application, not all charging piles are installed in indoor underground garage, and the outdoor environment is bad. Therefore, qualified charging piles must meet the IP54 outdoor protection level to avoid potential risks of electricity leakage.

4. It is worth noting that occasionally in life, the owners forget to unplug the charging gun and drive away directly. Therefore, when the charging pile is connected to the vehicle with power, the charging pile should be equipped with the function of top-to-bottom shutdown and power off, so as to avoid the occurrence of accidental collision that may cause secondary electric shock damage to the personnel.

5. As an electrical equipment used by the public, charging piles should have corresponding identification information, including nameplates and safety warning labels.

6. In the process of use, the charging pile will inevitably have accidents, so it is necessary to have an emergency stop switch.

II. Additional charging piles shall meet the following requirements:

1. Comprehensive functions, convenient management, support code scanning, IC card swiping, mobile phone APP and other modern payment methods, to have a strong background management system, so that the entire charging network becomes more intelligent, more convenient.

2. Nowadays, the daily maintenance of charging piles has become an urgent problem to be solved. Due to the lack of professional maintenance, some outdoor charging piles are in tatters, some can't be used due to environmental impact, and some are damaged by lawbreakers.Therefore, relevant departments should implement the management and maintenance plan of charging piles.
