MD36DA-P is a high sensitivity dc leakage current sesnor also called RDC-DD or DC RCM intended for the detection of DC residual currents at 6mA or greater in 50Hz/60Hz AC installations. This differential current sensor detect smooth DC and half-wave DC currents.

The RDC-DD is a compact solution designed to be PCB mounted. When a DC leakage current of 3~6mA is detected, an alarm signal is output. It can judge whether the sensor is in a normal working state in real time through the self-test function. It is primarily intended for use in EV charging stations to output alarm signal under a DC residual fault current condition. It may also be used to detect DC residual currents in DC, single phase or multiphase installations.
