Product Details

AC switching elements are a crucial part of safety and protection function in charging stations and cables. EV-Charging is carried out via wall charging stations (wall boxes) or by using charging cables with integrated electronics (ICCPD). Products that are used here must comply with current standards such as IEC62752 for IC-CPD mode 2 charging, or with IEC62955 IEC61851-1 for charging in accordance with mode 3 for wall boxes. These standards carry stringent requirement, for example with respect to the ability to withstand significant short-circuits. Specially designed for the applications in the charging pile industry to replace the traditional AC contactor and reduce the large space needed for installation.  


IM-NE801A mail features as follows: Low Temperature Rise; Large Contact Gap(2*1.5mm); Short Response Time; Withstand Voltage up to 4500VAC; Sealed Structure to Resist Harsh Environment; Comply with UL/TUV Certified, IEC61810-1 Standard. The relay can withstand 3 times of 1000A 1ms overcurrent, and the contacts will not be damaged, and can continue to work normally to open and close.
